Wake Me Up Café is a unique Australian/European style cafe and bakery specialising in great coffee, delicious western style home made foods & treats like cookies, biscuits and cakes when available.

"Wake Me Up Coffee and Bakery" is the brain-child of owner/operator Kattariya Van Der Klei.

"Katt" learnt the science and art of coffee making and became a barista while living in Sydney for nearly 3 years with her Aussie husband, Andrew and their children.
While there Katt further developed baking and cooking skills learnt in Thailand and has done further baking courses since to upgrade and maintain her skills.

She is gifted with her coffee making second to none and her foods and other treats are equally delicious. Fresh made to order cakes for any event or occasion are a speciality. Please allow 2 days for orders.

The shop is of course, air conditioned. It has Western influences containing a delightful mix of old and new. Hand laid stone tiles line the walls and comfortable seating is provided along with large tables.
Patrons say they feel it provides a very comfortable, relaxing atmosphere where they can away from the heat outside. The quiet is a usually appreciate but if you like Cable TV or music just ask.
Alternately, you may like to have your hot or iced drink and food outdoors on the roofed landing where you can watch the world go by on the main street ("Soi") of Khao Talo.
